There is Beijing Palace on the left bank of Ishim river at Astana. It was built by Chinese and for Chinese. Palace has rectilinear architecture with a character Chinese elements.

The capital of Kazakhstan is the city of 100 winds. The wind blows permanently at any direction. At 13 June 2009 that wind had blowing in form two brave policemen from Astana.
