Beshbarmak

Beshbarmak is a national dish in our contry. “Bes” – five, “barmak” – finger, notably the hand in English. The beshbarmak consists of meat, pastry and onion. All pats is very simple. Bon appetit! Astana. Kazakhstan. Photo was made in autumn 2009. Restaurant “U Gyafura”.
